|I have received a Topaz Gift Card, what do I do next?
||The Topaz Gift Card can be used in any participating Topaz outlet. You can go directly to the store or service of your choice and present the gift card at the till. The card is available for use within 48 working hours from time of purchase. Please note, you must know your balance each time you present the gift card for payment. |
|My Topaz Gift Card has expired, what can I do?
||The Topaz Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We do offer a re-issue service for a small administration fee. Simply return your card to PO BOX 8942, Malahide, Co. Dublin with a note clearly stating your name and address and we will issue you with a new gift card less the administration fee. This process takes approximately 10 days from the receipt of your gift card. The fee is €5.00 per gift card returned. Please note that we advise that you keep a record of your Gift Card number prior to sending the card to The Gift Voucher Shop. If the expired value on your gift card is under €15 please call our customer service team on 01 8708111.|

||No. At this time the Topaz Gift Card is a non reloadable card and cannot be topped up.|
|Can the station give me cash back from the Topaz Gift Card?
||The station cannot provide cash back from the balance on the Gift Card. If the full amount of a Topaz Gift Card is not spent then the balance remains on the Gift Card. |

|Will the station be able to tell me my balance on the Topaz Gift Card?
||No. Unfortunately a station will not be able to view the balance on a Topaz Gift Card. It is advisable that you know how much is left on your Gift Card. View it by clicking the link above.|
|My Topaz Gift Card was declined but I still have money left on it. Why?
||The balance on the gift card may be less than what the retailer attempted to deduct. Check your balance. If the balance is correct then contact our Customer Service team on 01-8708111 to investigate further.|
|My Topaz Gift Card was declined because I didn’t know the correct balance but now I do.
Can I still use my gift card?
|Yes, if you have enough money on the Gift Card the transaction will go through. Please note that if you are paying for an item with the Topaz Gift Card and paying the remaining balance in another format, ensure that you advise the store staff member before providing the Gift Card for payment.|
|Do I have to spend the whole amount at once?
||No, if you don’t spend the full balance of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance remains on your gift card.|
|Why was my Topaz Gift Card refused?
||There could be several reasons why your Gift Card was refused. The balance on your Gift Card may be less than you thought, the Gift Card could have expired or there may have been an issue with the retailers card processing terminal. |
|When I check my balance online, I am asked for a 16 digit card number and password. Where can I find these?
||The 16 digit card number is located on the front of your gift card and your password is the 3 digit number labeled "CVV2" on the back of the card. The “CVV2” number is located on the underneath of the magnetic (black) strip on the right hand side of the card. |
|Why is there a fee for re-issuing a Topaz Gift Card?
||The administration charges for the re-issue of an expired Gift Card is to cover the administration cost and the costs of postage and packaging.|
|Can I spend my euro Topaz Gift Card in Northern Ireland or the UK?
|What denominations are Topaz Gift Cards available in?
||Topaz Gift Cards are available in any denomination from €15 up to €500.|

||To report a lost or stolen Topaz Gift Card, please call our Customer Service team immediately on 01-8708111. Please note you must have your card number in order for us to do this. A re-issue fee of €5.00 will apply. GVS cannot accept any liability for deductions from your card prior to you notifying GVS with full details.|

||If you have an expired card with a balance under €15.00 you can elect to pay the difference and bring the balance up to €15 plus €5.00 to have the card reissued. For example if your balance is €12.00 you can send us a cheque or postal order for €8.00 (€3 to bring the balance to €15.00 and €5.00 for the re-issue). |
